  • Advocate Fair Contract Terms including prompt pay- reduction or elimination of retainage- elimination of unfair risk allocation.
  • Provide Cost Effective Member Services such as plans room, business practices interchange, seminars, and workers compensation programs through the Texas Construction Association.
  • Provide Venue and Opportunity for the Development of Subcontractors, Suppliers & Industry Affiliate Relationships.
  • Safety Awareness and Education.

  Goal 1: Government Advocacy
To be an active leader in the legislative/judicial process to create a fair and equitable business environment for subcontractors and suppliers.

Goal 2: Education
To provide high level, quality education, by identifying and responding to members needs for education.

Goal 3: Fund-raising
To continue to raise money through fun events and develop at least one event per year to develop PAC funds.

Goal 4: Membership Retention and Recruitment
To retain and grow the Chapter with participating members.

To provide relevant, timely information to members and the construction community.

Manage and govern the Association as an efficient, profitable and ongoing business entity.
