RULES & REGULATIONS

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase a calendar and to be eligible to win a firearm
Each calendar is $150 which enters the purchaser in the drawing for 1 firearm per 52 weeks from January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024
Each calendar has two random numbers between 000-999. Every Wednesday at 10am the Texas Lottery Pick 3 Numbers will be used to determine the winner of the prize. This ensures that there will only be one winner per week. If for any reason the Texas Lottery Pick 3 ends, the numbers will be drawn at random on the same calendar dates. In accordance with Texas Lotto Pick 3, reselection of your numbers is possible.
Numbers must be drawn in consecutive order according to what is printed on the calendar to win
The drawing will start the first Wednesday after January 1st. ASA San Antonio is the winner if any of the unsold calendar numbers are selected.
All winners of firearms must complete the ATF Form 4473 and pass the NICS background check. If the winner fails the NICS background check they will forfeit the prize awarded. Winners assume all responsibility of the firearm once they have passed the NICS background check.
All firearms will be distributed in compliance will all federal, state and local laws by:

ASA will contact the winner by the phone number provided on the calendar stub when purchased. The winners’ names will be listed on the ASA website at www.ASASanAntonio.org and the winner notification e-mail if you circle “yes” as the option on this calendar. Winners must claim their prize within 60 days or the prize will be donated back to the ASA.
If the winner chooses to have the firearm shipped to another FFL dealer, the winner will incur the expense of the transfer and the shipping cost.
Prizes are subject to manufacturers’ inventory and will be substituted with a product of the same value in the event that a product is not available. The ASA reserves the right to change any models, etc., of the prizes if need be due to availability, law & regulation changes, etc.
Calendars and prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
